Shipping:

Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the shipping date. 

We do not ship on weekends or US holidays and do not offer Saturday delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Some orders may be subject to a signature upon delivery due to the order value. UPS generally operates from 9 am to 6 pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your business address (recommended).

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the storemyzo.com website, storemyzo.com mobile apps.

Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days from the date of shipment via our returns portal. Your order confirmation contains a barcode to facilitate your return and specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by post.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unused and undamaged, with all tags attached.
